Exclusive Santuko shaped kitchen knife - made from 125sc that is hardened to 63HRC. The handle is from high quality, stabilized walnut burl, FatCarbon carbon-fiber and red copper. The blade is sequential hardened in a traditionally japanese technique, resulting in a beautiful and unique hamon / wavy hardening line.
